Economy stimulous money?

How much are people supposed to expect. I hear 600, then I hear 300 and back and forth. I know a few people that have gotten 600 and one person got 300...is there a certain amount you were supposed to make in the year in order to get the 6 or the 3? I'm so confused.

In order to get 600 you have to have made over 3,000 for the year under that is 300.  IRS has a web site

It varies by taxpayer and really isn't that difficult.
