http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Eden-Hazard-c11863 has revealed he is interested in joining Tottenham Hotspur in the upcoming summer transfer window but confirmed a deal had not yet been agreed upon.
The 21-year-old http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Belgium-c2850 international has attracted interest from English Premier League giants Arsenal and Chelsea in addition to La Liga side Real Madrid. Surprisingly though, he has claimed he wants to snub the aforementioned sides for London side Tottenham
Hotspur.
Hazard claimed he was attracted to the English Premier League and had considered a move to White Hart Lane in the summer transfer window. However, the midfielder denied he had already agreed terms with Harry Redknapp’s side as claimed by some reports.
Hazard said while speaking to reporters:
“Maybe it will be Tottenham. It is a great English club. I said that I would go to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 and there is very good players (at Spurs).
I have not yet signed. This is going to happen soon.”
While he claimed his first priority was the English Premier League, Hazard did not entirely rule out a move to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 or Real Madrid in the summer instead of Tottenham Hotspur.
He revealed:
“Spain is perhaps more my style of game but (if I move there) it must be to either Barcelona or Real Madrid.”
The Lille winger joined the Ligue 1 side in 2005 and went on to sign his first professional contract two years later in 2007. He waited until the end of the year in October to make his professional debut, coming on as a substitute in the 78th
minute.
In the 2008-2009 season which was his first full term at Lille, Hazard went on to make an impressive 35 appearances in all competitions and scored 6 goals with 3 assists. Since then he has gone on to make 52 appearances in the next two seasons.
The current season sees him at 33 appearances, having scored 11 goals and provided 7 assists. The young attacking midfielder c*m winger is undoubtedly currently the most sought after player in Europe.
