GOD !!! What a  tough question.

Two Hall of Famers. Both of them had great boxing skills. . Sanchez would have advantage in Height, Reach, and Weight. Jofre was Bantamweight, and Sal Sanchez was a feather weight. Sal Sanchez was a great counter puncher, but I think Eder Jofre was a little better. Sanchez was known for his granite chin, and I believe Jofre had a good chin also. It's really hard to choose a winner, but I will go with the Natural Featherweight who had powerful body shots.

Jofre was a heavy hitter for a little guy, but if Salvador Sanchez could take Azluma Nelson in his Nelson's prime, I think Jofre would have been in over his head.  The couple pounds difference between Bantamweight and Featherweight would have been enough of an advantage to sway it towards Sanchez.
