I've only taught AQA, but they can't be too different.  Expect:

Cell structure (organelles, structure and function)

Microscopy

Exchanges (diffusion in the gut, fish gills, leaves, roots and lungs; body temp regulation and movement across membranes/osmosis)

Protein synthesis

Genetics, forensics (PCA), genetic modification and gene therapy

Basic biochemistry (digestion, respiration, photosynthesis)

Ecology

Immunity and hormones

Reproduction

Enzyme structure and function

Off the top of my head, I can't remember if I've missed any without checking the syllabus.  That's a start, though.
