The former Ajax Amsterdam star has admitted that the Bees have plenty of potential, but has stressed that they need to work extremely hard if they are to prolong their stay in Football League Two.

to become a force to be reckoned in the English Football League Two.
The 39-year-old saw his new side beaten 1-4 at the hands of Plymouth at Underhill Stadium on October 13, and the Dutch trainer has admitted that there is work need to be done.
“I sat up in the stand for a better view but I am disappointed when we lose to set-pieces. We have to work on that. I saw some good spells but we have to work. There is still potential and they can still play”, Davids was quoted as saying to the media.
Rhys Griffiths broke the deadlock within two minutes of play to give the visiting side an early lead, when the attacker found the net from the spot. Maxime Blanchard doubled his side’s advantage in the 11th minute.

Davids, who won several pieces of silverware during his playing career, has admitted that Barnet have a young squad, but has insisted that he will try his level best to guide the Bees to their first victory of the 2012/13 campaign.
“I think they have a young squad. I was observing and analysing the game and from there we can work in the coming weeks to progress for a win”, the 39-year-old added.
Barnet are currently sitting at the bottom of the league table, and have yet to record their first win of the new season. However, the Dutchman has insisted that he does not feel any kind of pressure.
“I don't feel any pressure. I think it's always nice to feel the atmosphere, not the pressure”, Davids concluded.
