Edge help on Burton Custom? Pic included!?

Ok now i found an 06/07 burton custom for 340 at my local skate shop. i might take this deal. but i noticed the sidewalls or sidecuts are different. Im not sure how to explain this and im not sure if it is called sidecuts or sidewalls or side depth or none of these. but heres a link to the pic i drew. Look at the part between the Metal Edge and teh Top of the board. The shapes are different. One is kinda of like a curve and the other is just a diagnal. If you guys know what im talking about what is the purpose between these 2 designs. Does one carve better then the other or something? thanks.

Wow dude i have no idea what your talking about , BUT i have a burton custom and its sick, holds an edge over anything, and its just such a versitle board, I ride all mountain all the time, hit up the park, jibs and booterz, rock out in fresh pow pow, glades. ITs awesome. I would recomend the custom to anyone that wants to ride everywhere on the mountain.  The price is also good for the custom. I would say that its a perfect deck....
