Edge retires after a 13-year career in WWE
The WrestleMania’s Champ and superstar Raw Edge announced his retirement from wrestling on account of spinal injury and said that doctors have instructed him not to compete in the ring.
With just less than a week after his success against Alberto Del Rio at the Wrestlemania event the Rated-R superstar appeared at the venue of the Monday night Raw. Edge and his charisma prevails with a remarkable record of having 11 World Title reigns and
a long WWE career span of 13 years.
The Rated-R superstar had complaint of numbness and trembling in his arms and hands. He has already exhibited symptoms of Nueropraxia. Diagnosis imaging reports of an MRI administered at Atlanta Midtown was forwarded to renowned Neurosurgeon and Neurosurgery
Professor Dr. Joseph Maroon at the Pittsburgh school of medicine who determined that he is in no condition to compete.
In 2003, Edge underwent a spinal operation which involved a two level spinal fusion of the discs between his C5, C6 and C7 vertebrae. After attaining the clearance to compete, Edge made a power-packed appearance in the ring which resulted a narrowing procession
of the spinal column, above and below the fused discs. A medical board refused to clear Edge for competion in the ring fearing paralysis or a sudden death of the athlete.
