Is there a website where you can upload your own photo and order the cake transfer sheets?

i need to get some for my friends band.

You can buy complete do-it-yourself kits for about $200 online, but since this sounds like it's not going to be a regular thing for you I recommend calling your local grocery store cake departments. Photo cakes were a big thing a couple of years ago and they probably all still do it.
