Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko has claimed that his side is better than Bayern Munich ahead of the UEFA Champions League clash with the German giants. He stated that the Citizens are definitely a better team and will travel

Dzeko claimed that Manchester City can definitely get a result at the Allianz Arena despite the German giants going through some sensational phase right now. He stated that his side is better than Jupp Heynckes’ side in all respects
and is capable of getting a result at the Allianz Arena.
“They have a home game and are the favourites. However, I do not think Bayern are stronger than us. We travel to Munich to take something,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.
The Bosnian international also claimed that he has no regrets on turning down Bayern Munich when he joined the Premier League side in the window transfer window this year. He stated that English Premier League is more competitive
than the Bundesliga and is currently the best league in the world. He further added that he is currently very happy in Manchester and is satisfied with his performances recently.
“No, there was never anything concrete from Bayern. I'm glad how it went. I feel very comfortable in Manchester, playing in the Champions League and the best league in the world,” the former Wolfsburg striker concluded.
Edin Dzeko has started the season sensationally and has already scored six goals from the five games he has played for Manchester City this season. He had a poor season last term as he only scored six times in the 21 appearances
he made and was being called a flop signing.
