Edinson Cavani not for sale, Andre Carrillo and Maxi Lopez hot in the shopping list – Serie A Update
SSC Napoli President, Aurelio De Laurentiis, has confirmed that the talismanic striker http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Edinson-Cavani-c11955 is not going anywhere during this summer transfer window. The striker’s sensational form this season has made him one of the hottest prospects for the upcoming
transfer window.
The prolific hitman has scored 25 goals in the Italian top flight this season, and Real Madrid are willing to go all-out to lure the striker to Estadio Santiago Bernabeu. The striker’s record shattering exploits have drawn comparisons with the perennial

While talking to the media, the club president said: “Will teams be inquiring about Cavani this summer? Well, we'll be inquiring about other players too. Inquiries are allowed, but at times a 'no' will come as a response. Why should Cavani leave? It's not
a question of money. It seems vulgar to me to only think about football from a business perspective. We administer our club carefully with five sets of positive accounts in a row and we don't have any need to sell a champion like Cavani.”
On the other hand, Catania General Manager Pietro Lo Monaco has indicated that he is willing to listen to offers for the star striker, Maxi Lopez. The forward was in ballistic form last term and helped the outfit survive the relegation scare. However, Lopez’s
performances this season have left a lot to be desired. His talent, though, remains undoubted.
