The Uruguayan has expressed his desire to stay with the Partenopei side; the Azzurri star is full of admiration for his team stating that this is the “perfect squad.”

23 goals in 31 matches played so far.
Cavani’s prolificacy in the UEFA Champions League has intensified the rumours, and have raised eyebrows of many clubs across Europe. Widespread reports have linked the striker with several big name clubs
including Real Madrid and Manchester United. However, the Serie A star has stated that he would think long and hard before making a decision to leave the Naples side.
The forward has acknowledged that he would like to join a big club, but also mentioned that Napoli is a top club as well.
In his interview to Uruguayan TV show Hablemos de Futbol, Cavani was quoted to have said:
“Anyone would like to be a part of a great club, but I already consider Napoli to be that. There is a perfect squad of players there. I’m serene in Naples and all I am thinking about is working hard for the
Azzurri shirt.”

The Salto born striker is extremely happy with his form in Europe, and feels that he has matured a lot as a player.
