Recent reports have linked the Uruguayan striker with a summer move to some of the top clubs in Europe including Manchester United and Real Madrid. The tall striker has been the chief architect behind Napoli’s recent success in
the Serie A and the Uefa Champions League. The 25-year-old joined the Partenopei side before the start of the last season, and managed to score 33 goals in all competitions. He has been in sensational form in the ongoing campaign too, scoring 24 goals in 32
matches played so far.
The former Palermo star was heavily linked with the big clubs in the summer too, and the Azzurri chief clearly told the suitors that he will not sell his prized star for even 100 million Euros.
Rumours do not seem to go away, but Cavani has stated that he is least bothered to be linked with other clubs, as he is totally committed to the Naples based side.
