Edit Videos?

Question

I have a video that i recorded that is only a minute.

But i only want 15 seconds of it. & it's right in the middle.

Is there anyway I can edit my video so I can upload it on myspace or youtube, with only 15 of those seconds

Use a video editor such as Windows Movie Maker.
