Edit a Photograph? TEN POINTS!

Question

I like editing my pictures so that they're in black and white but with coloured eyes. I'd like to do it so that i can have that but with a colored jacket as well but i can't do it with the program i use now.

Does anyone know a program that will do this but for free?

on google search picasa, this program might be able to do it .

Get an account

Upload an image

Click Edit

Under Effects choose Greyscale

Choose advanced options

Apply to: Focal area

And then choose the area.

I used that site before I had photoshop. It gets the job done. No downloads or anything, it just opens in your browser, and you don't even have to make an account.
