Edit and sizing a pic?

Hello.

So my avatar pic, a pic of me, i would like to make it bigger.

i belong to yahoo 360, and thats how i got the pic like this.

i do not belong to photobucket or anything like that, so what do i do to make this photo bigger for yahoo answers since its so small?

please help me in detail, as to i have never done this before.

go to  paint  brush program and selct the  picture  then  clickon  image  attributes then  select  stretch skew and  instead  of  increasing the  percentages to  make  it  bigger  select  a percentage  of  the  size by which you  want to  make  it  smaller  do the  same  number  for  horizontal as  vertical
