Edit my photo? Smoothen/effect please please!?

Question

So, I've been trying to figure out how to use GIMP to edit one of my photos, to make it look all smooth and give it that model effect but I honestly dont know how to do this.

So Ive kinda just given up. But anyways, this modeling company has asked me to send in one of my best photos for my eyes. And, alot of people send in their photos all edited. So can someone do it for me please? Just to give it that smooth effect and make my eyes stand out more? The picture has a yellowish coloring due to the area it was taken in.

So if youre bored and feel like doing some photo editing please edit it. Yes, the picture is below. Serious people only, please dont tell me I should learn myself. I already know this, and my friend is coming in a couple of weeks to teach me, but this picture is supposed to be due in by the end of next week.

So please help. And thank you!

Hope you like one of this 2 I did not change much because I don't want you to disapoint the person you what to show this pic to.....when they see that the person from pic is a lot diffrent from real person....but you look really nice in the original pic ..
