Edit picture facility?

How come the "Edit Picture" feature on my Yahoo 360 page is 'temporarily unavailable' ALL THE TIME?

I'm tired of being in silhouette!

Usually the change is immediate. But many times this feature experiences delays. The latest word is that it's taking 1 to 4 days for the image to show up this time. Again, be patient. It's something that Yahoo has to fix, not you. You're fine and I see a picture for you now. :)

Your not a silhouette.  

I am having a problem and I can't change mine at all.
