how do i change the size of pictures on my computer. i want to change the size to 320 x 480, but when i do that, it doesnt change it to that size?

  1. Here is a free on line photo resizer i have used it and found it easy to use and offering a good free service. no software download needed.

  2. Photoshop. Or Gimp. Or PaintShop Pro. Or Picture Window Pro. Or whatever image editor Windows has nowadays (if any).
