Edith Wharton : Ethan Frome and her other novels.?

Question

Can anyone give me a list of novels from Edith Wharton that has similar themes or settings to the novel Ethan Frome?

I have to write a Junior Thesis and at the end of the year, the essay must be written about 3 or 4 of her novels that have something similar or recurring in them.

I was considering Age Of Innocence and The House Of Mirth, purely because they both deal with affairs but I'm not sure that thats strong enough to write about.

Madam, Your choice on the subject of the thesis is good, - dealing on affairs. In her long career of writings more than 40 novels go to her credit. the book on The Age of Innocense on NYC, got even the prize of Pulitzer. So I think the subject chosen is good.

You may if you like choose a general subject on NYC, becuse lot of her books deal with this giant cosmopolitan city. In this way you will have a strong theme about the development of NYC told in story form and also is likelyto catch people's attention due to the invovement of people at grass root level.
