Editing Pictures?!?

Question

Okay so i want to edit my pictures like i want 2 be able 2 change my hair, color eye color stuff like that.. is there anything liek that i can download or use or something???!?

I don't know how to do that stuff. But I own a site on myspace for making signs and layouts. So I edit pictures all the time. So a really good editing program that I use is called Photofiltre. there is a free download off the internet. It is a BIT confusing @ first. But if you look up some tutorials online, and just experiment, you can do a lot w/ it.

There are many different programs you could use.

I'd suggest GIMP, which is a free software kind-of like Photoshop.  You can download it at:
