Editing Videos?

Me and my friend used my camcorder to record some things that we did yesterday. We want to edit out the sound in some parts and put music there. Does anyone know how to edit out audio and replace it with music?

Volume control in wmmaker:

Right click on the corresponding AUDIO of the video file in the timeline and mute or adjust the volume as you wish. Recommend to click fade in & out to lessen the burden on the ears during transition from one file to another.

On the music file in the timeline, also do similarly as above.

There may be a limitation though.. the volume of the whole file is adjusted evenly... not any portion thereof.
