Editing a video?

hi? i have a huge problem, for school we recorded a video with a videocamera, but i need to edit it and i can't with movie maker ,with wich program can i edit it?

well you can always convert the file, so it can be editied with windows movie maker, you have to convert it to and .avi  think. or .wma.

Adobe Premiere Elements is pretty good and costs about $100.
