Need advice.

To which format, mp4 video file (produced by xacti digicam) should be converted to allow editing using premiere pro or vegas pro, without loosing its video & audio quality.

  2. I would go for Premier Pro and h.264 which is Blueray codec.

  3. mp4 is supported by vegas pro. have you tried importing the video file?
