Editing photos?

okay urm i see loads of pictures where theyre like black and whit or something and yet the eye colour has changed? how do i do this? is there a softwear i have to download? help x

Well, you can do this with corel paint shop pro, or any graphics design program.

Using paint shop pro, i ...

1 duplicate the base image

2 go to adjust > hue & saturation > hue/saturation/lightness...

3 set saturation to -100

4 use the eraser tool to erase the part of the image you want to be in color.

I use Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2

[well i'm useing it as a tester right now]

and then i wached some tutorials on youtube and paused and went along with it, it was suprsingly easy!!
