Edonkey website question

um my friend sent me a link for edonkey and when i clicked it it said something about how music downloading was illegal and they logged my IP number and im paranoid by nature so whats really going to happen >.<

(also my friend was laughing at me saying something about jail T.T) please have serious answers >.<

By going and looking at a web site have you done anything wrong?

Looking isn&#039;t breaking the law in this case.  It&#039;s not p**n.
