Does the education level of a husband and wife determine the number of children they have together?

I am a little confused if I have five children and my husband has 2 children, what level of  education do you think each of us have. well I am still confused if the wife has no education and the husband has a masters degree how many children should they have. I'm still confused. so I am going to answer your question  NO
