  1. If you want a really unique spin on this assignment, interview someone who works with teens outside of school.  I'm thinking that you should find a local yoga studio that has a teen program/teen classes and interview that person.  The general reason people do yoga is often to reduce stress, and if you have teens that are stressed out doing yoga... you could get some unique insight to the topic!

I know my yoga studio has 2 teachers that teach teens, and if we've got it in the midwest, I'm sure you can find it somewhere!

If you're want to find a specific person that teaches yoga to teens in educational settings, there is a website that offers a program and lists teachers by state - go to http://yogaed.com/about.html and click on on the pull down menu to locate an instructor.

    Good luck!

  2. You could interview a school psychologist to get a professional perspective - they work with teenagers on a daily basis so they'd be the experts on adolescent stress. You could also ask a favourite teacher, or a nice teacher who is understanding - I often speak with my students about what's going on in their lives, and of course as a teacher I have my own education-related stress!!

Lastly, you could ask classmates and parents of teenage students - I'm sure if you interview these different groups of people, you'll get a lot of different information from many perspectives. As for the methodology, you could conduct interviews, focus groups, surveys and evaluate their effectiveness. Best of luck.
