  1. There is a game called "Smart Mouth" that they can definitly grow into.

Two letters come out of a tube and the players have to make up a word with one of the the letters being the first letter of the word and the other letter has to be the last.

This is the basic jist, but there are many variations of the game.  I know a parent who is a teacher that uses this with her own children and they love it.

It is a game that will grow with your nephews.

Also try Lakeshore Learning Center.  There are stores accross the country and they sell educational toys to teachers and the public.

  2. you can introduce tothem  the game memory. there are 72 cards altogether and every two cards has the same picture. those small cards made up of cardboard are spread wide. every player got a chance to open 2 cards when their turn comes and he/she have to remember the picture and its location. he\she have to get the cards with the same picture. u can made it urself of buy it. what's educational about is that it helps to strengthen and sharpen  u and ur nephews memory . it also bonds u and ur nephew and increases communication

  3. There is a game called Bee Safe or Bee Sorry. It teaches them about safety and you play as a bee.  Try asking them to play "would you rather." Ask them questions like would you rather be able to fly or be invisible and why." That encourages creative thinking. If you want to throw some science into the mix, show them how to make a baking powder and vinegar  volcano. Try teaching them how to cook simple things that don't require an oven or stove--like sandwiches or cereal.

  4. well i would do a game where they would have to get the answer to something and if they get it they get a point. Then the first one to 10 is the winner. Present the winner with something they would like. If the other nephew complains then either tell him he should try harder next time or also get him somthing on the side. Hope i could help u. Good Luck

  5. You could purchase a V-smile game system. Its basically a plug n play game that teaches math, science, language arts, history, and others like that. It worked wonders for my cousin (2 years old)

  6. V - Tech and Leapfrog make great educational games

that teach a variety of subjects with fun characters

like Dora or Thomas the Tank Engine to make learning fun.
