It will be hard not to repeat myself to answer this question, so I apologize for the redundancy. One of the most important things I can do is to be passionate and enthusiastic about the subject I am teaching; the excitement I project will be contagious. I will also demonstrate to my students that I believe they can achieve and learn. They will feel that I am committed to them and care about their future. Also I will provide an atmosphere that is orderly and predictable that will foster an environment where students can grow and learn and be excited about the progress they are making.

You sound overly-confident in this paragraph.  If I was making a decision to hire a new teacher, I'd feel as though you do not completely understand what you are getting into.  

I'm not trying to be negative.  Schools are looking for enthusiastic teachers who care.  However, an administrator or even a department chair who would be looking to hire you would ask the question, "What do you do when you are excited and your students do not feel it is contagious? What about the students who do not care regardless of your enthusiasm?"

You cannot predict how students will react.

What you can say is, "One of this most important things I can do to help students become excited about learning is to display my own passion for the subject  I am teaching.  Enthusiasm is often contagious, which creates a positive atmosphere.  I also plan to look for every opportunity to show my students that I believe they can achieve and learn.  This way, I am showing them that I am committed to them and care about their future."

As a teacher, I wouldn't talk about your classroom environment being orderly and predictable.  You aren't really explaining what that does for student excitement.

Instead, I'd say, "I plan to listen carefully to my students' needs and use their ideas and interests to create and implement my lessons. When the subject is centered around the students' interests, they can become the masters of their own education."
