Edy Reja wants to improve on last season’s performances and hails Cisse as a beast in the box
Lazio manager, Edy Reja, believes that his team can better the last season’s performances and is all-praise for newly signed striker, Djibril Cisse.
The Biancazzurri had a fantastic 2010/11 campaign and finished fifth in the Serie A campaign. However, Reja is not much delighted with the last season’s results, as he believes that his team deserved to finish amongst the top four.
The Biancocelesti remained in top four for majority of the season but a poor spell of results after the winter break denied them a top four finish.

Talking to the reporters Reja said, “In terms of experience, quality and personality we have improved this season, but still need to do better, as these are the areas where we were lacking last term, despite it being an extraordinary
campaign,”
