  1. It is quite clearly a fake - A mash up of two images. Did you actually saee the thing in the flesh? I doubt it!

  2. Sorry to burst your bubble, but I can safely say, that is NOT a dead dog or tortoise without a shell. Nutria is a more interesting idea, but the beak makes that idea also unlikely.

It must either be highly mutated, or a fake, as it has both a beak and clear, defined teeth showing, and there is no animal I can think of that has a motuh anything like that.

  3. i dont know why everyone is dismissing the possibility of a rare species

  4. I'm pretty sure it is a tortoise without its shell

Check this out, and they live in the area

  5. Looks like a dead nutria to me. One that’s been in the water awhile. Yuck.

  6. That is a dead dog, that has had part of its face eaten away by fish or crabs.

Edit:  That is NOT a beak.  That's what the upper part of a dog face looks like without its flesh, and missing some of its teeth.

I'm still saying:  This is a dead dog.  Post the question under the pets-dogs category, and I betcha someone will even be able to tell you the breed (looks like a bulldog to me).
