Effect of taking high dose of Adderall for the rest of your life?

Just a hypothetical question:

If you take 60mg of Adderall every single day for a very very long period of time (20+ years), will you die? How about getting severe damage to your body? What about brain damage?

if taking no other medications

and no heart problems

60 mg taken over 6 hours and not causing insomnia

very very little if any damage will be done to body or brain

and if taken for medical reasons

it will probably improve the quality of your life
