Effective way for ant control!!?

what's an effective way of killing ants? how much do the professional services usually cost? Please help me! The ants are devouring my kitchen!!

Ambro. Now this is for outside use mainly, but if you do not have pets and children inside and these critters are crawling around just put a little pile of ambro at the hole in the place where they are coming out. Next day....no ants. And the process works by the workers carrying some of the "goodies" to the Queen and once she is dead no more for a long time if ever. Outside, if you live in places where there are fire ants...bad....then just sprinkle the ambro on their piled up nest and maybe two days later they and Queen or dead. Some are reporting that there may be Queens who escape. But the good news is NOT IN YOUR YARD. I hope ya have good neighbors. They will never know you may have given them the problem. Now   am I a bad bad girl !   You don't need a good luck at end...it WILL WORK.

First, remove all access to any food source--wipe up all spills, then use a spray cleaner containing bleach. Keep all food in airtight containers.

Get some ant bait traps and put them where the ants are congregating. They think it is food, and will carry the poision back to kill the whole colony.

In the meantime, as long as it's not a food prep area (like floors and along walls), use a good ant spray.

There are "bug bombs" that you can buy. Before you set one off in the kitchen, you must get all the food out of there, certainly the "open " food, like cereal, fresh fruit, etc. You need to stay out of the house for 6-8 hours.

Call a professional, who can get rid of them for you. He will also help you "seal" the house so no more ants or other bugs get in again. Shop around and find a good company. That's a better idea than doing it yourself.
