Wet your hair then put the shampoo and massage your scalp and scratch your scalp. Then wash it thoroughly, then repeat and put on your hair and scalp but wash your hair and your scalp! Then rinse that out and put in conditioner and let it stay in for about 3 minutes while it's in there comb it out with your fingers then wash it out

Umm, go buy some hair shampoo.

Get in the shower.

Wet your hair until it is soaked.

Pour about a dollop of shampoo into your haind.

Start to scrub all of your hair.

Do this for about 45 seconds.

Wash the shampoo out of your hair until there is no more shampoo suds left clinging to your strands..

To make sure your hair is clean,Take a strand and pull down from the root to the tip while it is still wet.

If you hear a sqeeking sound, it is clean, if you don't then get banck in the shower and rinse off again!!
