I'm quite busy with school, but i do want to fit in time for some exercising and healthy eating.
I feel like I'm way over me head.
I don't know where to start. From what foods I should eat, what I shouldn't and how to exercise.
Any tips on loosing weight effectively and keeping it off? And hopefully before this coming summer...
PS- I know all bodies are different, and no body is perfect, but i want to set my goal to maybe a few pounds heavier then this girl:
