Effects of Earthquakes

if you had access to all resources how world you minimise the effect/occurrence of earthquakes in the world?

you cant, it is tectonic plate movements you cannot stop that force it is impossible. you cannot block tectonic movements so earthquakes will go on even if you tried

you cannot seal tectonic boundries or fissures for one thing and cannot stop the convection currebts in the magma below the crust stop either. This is in myopinion, a rather pointless question.

you can make better building to withstand earthquakes to an extent BUT YOU WILL NEVER EVER STOP EARTHQUAKES

It would be very complicated, you would have to find every fissure and crack in the earth and find a way to seal it up. Then you would have to find a way to stop the land masses from ever moving. So it's really impossible. But interesting question.
