Question:

Efren Reyes or Ronnie O'Sullivan?

Who would win when it comes to snooker? Everyone says Efren is more talented than Ronnie but I don't think he will stand a chance against the rocket in Snooker. Efren would probably struggle to make a 40 break, let alone a 147. He can't be that talented, mastering pool and then snooker, which is much harder, even though he has only played it like once in his life.

  1. got to be ronnie

  2. bata reyes

  3. Ronnie O Sullivan takes it. Reyes wouldn't adapt to the cushion runs in snooker as in Pool. Theres much more give on the rails of a Pool table. Another key factor is the pockets in snooker are a third the size of pool pocket. And finally the positional play would be harder for Reyes.

  4. Efren "Bata" Reyes! The Magician can do it all in a pool table. Even at an advance age, he is still considered one of the best and nobody wants to cross paths with him in a pool table.

  5. Well, you're comparing 2 different games altogether.. It's not fair judging Efren Reyes with a game he doesn't play, at least not competitively.. I'm sure Ronnie'll have a hard time beating Efren on the pool table, especially in disciplines like one pocket and 3 cushions..

Anyways, comparin the 2 is like comparing Roger Federer against Lin Dan (Who's no.1 for badminton), though they are racquet sports, they don't equate to the same thing..

And u'd have to take into account of their age difference, Efren is much more senior than O sullivan.. Well again, do u see Jimmy White and Steve Davis playing as well as they were in their prime?

Both of them are great sportsmen in their individual disicpline be it pocket billiards or snooker.. So I believe there's no definite answer to it..

  6. Harder i thought we answered that already But Bata has held snooker titles before your trying to compare the two again,as for pool Rocket has never beaten a pool player ,

    Just entirely 2 diffrent games

But I would make a freindly bet on Bata  he is a shot maker and thats about all there is to snooker kinda boreing  but better than watching chess games

  7. I've never heard of Efren Reyes as I don't follow pool. But I know and have met Ronnie O'Sullivan. I'm a Keen snooker player myself and I know that snooker is alot different to play then pool. As the table's alot bigger, So the angles are different and the content is different, As you make breaks in snooker and in pool you just have to pot your balls. So i can't really say who is better.

  8. Efren Reyes can do magic on tables, why not? He have won a bunch of championship on pools, snookers would be just easy for him I guess..

  9. I would also go with Bata.....never really watch much snooker and when I heard about Sullivan's talent I checked him out on "You Tube"....lots of need videos on him there.....the biggest reason that I would pick Bata is his patience and "cool" when playing.....in the little that I have seen of Sullivan....he sounds and reads like another "cry baby" Earl Strickland.......just have to go with Bata because of that...I am sure that it would make for a great match........Bata would be the winner!
