i just started working out and i read a book discussing protein shakes. it said that you should drink milk and egg protein shake in the morning and at night because it has a slow release. my question is i purchased a product called "100% egg protein", which i take with milk. is that the same as what the book was discussing, or is this another product? also, what exactly does slow release mean? thanks and go easy on me! i just started.
