Egg white omlet in Sydney?

This is a long shot but does anyone know where I can find a cafe that does eggwhite omlets in sydney. Preferably Newtown, leichhardt, Balmain kinda area. Basically innerwest. 10 points up for grabs!

I've been asking around for u but too bad..no one focuses on eggwhite omelets..you can request from any cafe to do your order the way u like it but dear...why would you cut off the most nutritious part of an egg...unless your are allergic to it or else pls try it..:)
