  1. You could do a cheese/ham/veggie quiche with veggies on the side. I like to do zucchini or asparagus and mushrooms in the oven sprinkled with olive oil and salt.

  2. There are dozens of meals there.

With eggs, ham, onions tomatoes and some veggies you could male a filling frittata and bread.

    Eggs on toast

    Toasted cheese and onion sandwiches

  3. quiche or frittata?

    frittata is easy....

beat like 4 eggs add in some grumbled cheese, chopped ham onion and tomato's..... a bell pepper would be good too, also some small broccoli florets would work..... grease a small baking pan (pie plate) with butter then add mixture into pan, bake for like 15-20 minutes at 350........

    cut it like a pizza

also the italians will add in some cooked orzo pasta to this as well

  4. omelets

    french toast

    quiche

scrambled eggs with cheese and ham

macaroni and cheese add a veggie or ham

  5. What about a ham and veggie omelet with toast?  That's pretty easy.

  6. You have everything for an omelet. Break 2-3 eggs into a bowl and whisk with a fork and add about 1/4 cup of milk. Heat a non-stick skillet with a little oil or butter to med-high heat. Pour in the eggs, then lower the heat a bit because eggs are better if cooked slowly. After they start to solidify add your meat, cheese and veggies on one side. Flip the empty side over on top of the side with the fillings and finish cooking for another minute or two.

  7. You could make a quiche if you pick up a pie crust.

Or you can make Corn Soufle (side dish that Mom makes every Thanksgiving/Christmas/Easter)

    SCALLOPED CORN SOUFFLE

    1 can cream corn

    1/4 cup butter, melted

    2 eggs, beaten

    2 teaspoons sugar

2 teaspoons flour (mix flour and sugar together)

    1/2 cup milk

Melt butter in the pan that you will use to bake in the oven. Mix all other ingredients together in that same pan.

Bake for 50-60 minutes in a 350°F oven.

  8. omelette's(you can use different fillings to make a change.)

    toast with different toppings.

    cheese tomato egg salad.

    vegetable soup

    egg custard

    bread and milk pudding

    sandwiches

    vegetable gratin

    onion soup

    tomato soup.

actually the list is endless from easy to prepare to more difficult if i wrote all your options out i would get typing cramp.hope i could help
