Eggs Benedict with BLENDER?

how can I make eggs benedcit with the blender method?

The Eggs Benedict you will need to cook and assemble as normal but the hollandaise sauce you can make in the blender. Here is the recipe:

1 stick butter

3 egg yolks

2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp salt

Melt butter in microwave. Using a blender or blender wand, gently blend the egg yolks with the lemon juice and salt. Set blender at lowest speed and blend while slowly drizzling melted butter into the mixture. Continue blending for a few seconds after all butter has been added. Garnish with a pinch of cayenne pepper.

I assume you're wanting to blend the hollandaise? never. use a whisk, either in a miking bowl over simmering water, or in a saute pan over low direct heat, to cook. add clarified butter by whisking it in, do not add it faster than it is whisked into the sauce.
