Egyptian married to Bulgarian -rights?

Hello, I want to ask what my husband can get or benefit from being married to me?Can he travel with me to UK(where i study&live)?What are his rights in my country?Why does he need visa?When can he be treated as EU citizen like me?

You do not have full EU citizen rights in UK even, so you need to prove that you are able to support him in UK, for him to get UK visa & that u cannot prove due to ..two reasons.

1) You are a student ( not working full time ).

2) Bulgarian citizens are not allowed to work in UK.

But if u live in Bulgaria, you can invite him as spouse to come & join you in Bulgaria as ur husband. He will have to live in Bulgaria for five years to be Permanent resident there. Once he is permanent resident, he must speak fluent Bulgarian & know the culture/history etc .. then after having three years of PR status he can apply for Naturalisation. After Naturalisation he will be able to be Bulgarian Citizen. (Total Eight years time).

He will be EU citizen in Bulgaria, with the time I mentioned above.
