  1. Forever Odd by Dean Koontz. Copyright 2005. Random House publishers.

Odd Thomas has unusual powers to see death and destruction in the future. He's a teenager trying to use his powers in a responsible way, with all sorts of loveable friends and acquaintances in his life, some of whom know about his powers, but others don't. He tries to help save people from the dangers he sees, but also tries to avoid looking too odd in doing so.

This is the 3rd in a series created by Dean Koontz. I liked the book and the plot. Odd Thomas is a very likeable hero. I'd recommend this book to teens and adults who like a light, entertaining read that includes a little magical happenings. It has some funny moments and some stop and think moments.  I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

  2. Why not talk to your teacher???  No one else is going to know for sure.  I taught English (Language Arts) classes for 30 years and had my own ideas about book reports.  So will your teacher.
