Eio Varia Estate Vacuum cleaner

Hi, could you please tell me where can I buy parts for my EIO Varia Estate vacuum cleaner?
Also is this brand EIO a legit company? I can't even find a website and they sold vacuums for $799 a piece here in the US.
I appreciate any information . As a side note : this vacuum is not bad at all but I feel frustrated since I can't find bags, filters, website. Thank you, adrian
