http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429’s Thomas Eisfeld has gone on to reveal that he has finally adopted to life at the Emirates, and that he is looking to incorporate himself in the Gunners first team in the future.
The midfielder went on to join Arsenal from Borussia Dortmund in January, as Arsene Wenger brought in the player to add to his squad for the future.
Following his move to the team, he has gone on to display some brilliant footballing sense, and has looked to be a real force in the middle of the park.
So far, he has gone on to score eight times in the Under 21 Premier League, and he has even gone on to represent the Gunners in the Capital One Cup. He was part of the team that went on to beat Reading by seven goals to five, and his performances in the
midfield were crucial to helping the Gunners win.
However, the player is quite happy with the way things are going, and hopes to improve even further in the future, so he can see himself become a part of the Gunners first team.
Eisfeld is reported to have said: "At the moment I'm happy, I had a tough start last year because it was big adjustment to move from German football to English football.”
"But everything has turned out really well and I think things can continue to progress well. But I know I can still improve.”
"[My debut against Reading] was a completely unique experience and one that I will never forget. When I came onto the pitch, I had this really good feeling. I thought we could still turn the car around. Then it happened and I'm delighted that we managed to
win the game in the way we did.”
"In a way it's unbelievable to make your debut in a game like that because we, the club, wrote ourselves into the history books."
With another youngster coming up the ranks at the Emirates, it seems like it is only a matter of time before the Arsenal midfield finally has ample players to rely on.
This would see the players get rotated far more often, which could see Arsenal perform even better in the future.
