Either ctv or cbc news prom story?

on the news the other night at 11 i think

either on ctv or cbc news, sorry i cant remember which one

there was a story about a girl who fell in to a swimming pool while she was getting her picture taken for prom

and i really liked how her hair was done and

i was wondering if anyone else saw this story and could find me the story on the internet? or find me a picture of her?

lol. that sounds a bit creepy but i just wanted my hair done like hers but it is too hard to describe in words..

I believe it was on CTV, however I have not been able to access it, or find it on any web site.
