El-Shaarawy can fill Cassano’s boots, insists the agent: Serie A news
The agent of A.C Milan star, Stephan El-Shaarawy, believes that his client will not let Antonio Cassano’s presence felt.
Cassano will miss the action for an indefinite period after suffering a heart problem recently. The Italian international is set to undergo a heart surgery in the near future and is predicted to be out for at least six months.
The former Real Madrid star has been the main stay of Massimiliano Allegri’s team in the ongoing season and he had featured in his club’s all nine league games. Milan have been adversely affected by injuries to their striker’s in the 2011/12 season and Cassano’s
absence will do no good to their hopes of retaining the Scudetto.
The rookie attacker joined Milan in the summer after impressing the club bosses in his loan spell with Padova last season. Agent, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roberto-c31294 La Florio, insists that it is the right time for El-Shaarawy to step up and prove his worth to the world. The agent
added that the former Genoa star has every quality to step into the Rossoneri first-team and he has box of skills in his armoury.
“This is the right moment for Stephan. He has to prove he is ready in training and show the Coach he can be used in Serie A. El Shaarawy has the tricks and the quality to play in Milan’s starting XI during this difficult time. He is talented, but also lucky,
seeing as he scored on his debut.”
El-Shaarawy made his debut for the Italian Champions in a league game against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Napoli-c40003 this season.
Recent reports in the media have linked the 19-year-old with a loan move away from the San Siro in January but the agent has denied it and admitted that the club bosses have told him nothing in this regard.
“It is an important opportunity for him and he mustn’t let it get away. After all, the club has faith in him and the reports he’ll be loaned out in January do not seem accurate to me. No Milan director has ever told me he’ll leave mid-season.”
Florio has sympathy for Cassano and has wished the striker a quick return to the game.
