Stephan El Shaarawy, the former attacking player of Genoa, has gone on to talk about his loyalty for the Diavolo and said that he wants to become a legend at the club.
The young striker has been in sensational form for the San Siro giants, and had it not been for his goals; the season of the Rossoneri outfit would have been one that would have been marred with greater problems and even talks about a crisis at the club
might have surfaced. He has been phenomenal for the Rossoneri outfit and has ensured that they are in and amongst the hunt for the Champions League places. He has also assisted them in getting to the knockout rounds of the UEFA Champions League for this term.
El Shaarawy has been in scintillating form and it seems like he has the Midas touch, these days, with all his moves and touches being precise, accurate and threatening. He has performed extremely well for the Rossoneri outfit; however, there have been talks
which have suggested that the player might be offloaded in the summer if there is a huge offer for the player. However, despite the importance of the player to the team, the financial crunch has hit the club hard and they have been looking to offload their
star players off.
Just during the last summer, they went on to part ways with more than 13 players, and all of these players were experienced personnel drawing high salaries from the club. There are fears in and amongst the Rossoneri fans that this might be the case with
El Shaarawy as well, as interest from the English Premier League has heightened in the youngster over the year.
El Shaarawy went on to comment that he has been supporting Milan since he was a kid, and would hope that any such offers would be resisted. He also said:
“I’ve supported Milan since I was a kid and it would be great to become a
bandiera. However, there is nothing certain in football. If a big offer was made for me then I’d hope Milan would have the strength to keep me.”
The Rossoneri outfit are currently a mammoth 17 points away from the Lega leaders, Juventus, and in need of a miracle to make it to the Champions League places for the next year.
