El Shaarawy admits that after the release of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Zlatan-Ibrahimovic-c38029 from AC Milan, he has had a real opportunity to play some unbound attacking football
The exit of these big name players has allowed younger more talented players to shine through and show case their capabilities. Shaarawy has grown in to the responsibility of leading his team’s attack quite well.
He was also very appreciative of the coach Massimiliano Allegri who has shown faith in the young man and allowed him to play naturally.
This has catapulted the 20-year-old in to the spotlight and is currently the hottest property in Italian club football. He has given the Rossoneri new hope for the future, after it seemed questionable having lost a lot of their
fire power in the transfers last summer.
"With the departures of Ibrahimovic and Cassano, two great strikers left and I've more space now. I started the season in the best way possible personally; I grew a lot," El Shaarawy told the media.
He also acknowledged his coach’s support, who has given the striker playing chances since last season and continues to support his growth within the club.
Even though the forward had a patchy start to the season, the Milan trainer continued to give him opportunities so that he did not lose focus.
"I felt a lot of faith from his side, especially last season when I made 28 appearances.” The number 92 added "This year I've felt even more faith, because the first two matches in Serie A didn't go well and he still continued
to pick me. I have to thank him a lot for that."
The former Genoa player has scored 12 goals in 15 appearances for the Italian giants this season and continues his fine performances linking up well with his midfield compatriots and lending a hand to the defence time and again.
After the youngster was denied entry in the Egyptian National side he started playing for the Italian U-17 National side and quickly rose through the ranks and ended up playing with the senior squad by 2012. He is the highest scorer
of the Serie A so far this season.
