Elbow and Finger Pain?

Elbow Joint Pain

It hurts when i move my Elbow when i move it

And my Finger Is Very stiff im over 37 I maybe just Gettin Old

I am 57 and I don't feel old and you are certainly not. You may have tendinitis and arthritis in either one . You should keep moving and try to use no heavy lifting for awhile . As well you may take on a daily basis Glucosemine or take 3 6 9 fish oil everyday . And you may talk to your pharmacist for what I just mentioned .
